The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for leading projects to develop and port games on mobile platforms (iPhone, Android).

Responsibilities:

• Lead or assist in adaptation of games across multiple devices

• Debug and optimize performance of games on multiple platforms

• Implement requests from the key stakeholders (Designers, Producers, QA, and Artists) to port a game product to multiple platforms and devices

• Perform code audits and maintain code quality on all additions to the game

• Provide training to Software Engineers on best practices in using the porting frameworks

• Extend technical support to projects based on framework for different platforms

• Work on development of games on different platforms.

Required Skills/Personal Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional development experience with C++ based platforms

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or related field and experience

• Well-established experience with game development using OpenGL, OpenGL ES on iOS or Android platforms

• Established experience in design and development of frameworks and libraries to aid game development and porting

• Experience using AirPlay SDK an added plus

• Experience with source control such as Perforce and SVN and build environments such as ANT

• Thorough knowledge of software design concepts, 3D graphics and maths

• Excellent debugging and optimization skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with remote teams and with minimum supervision.
